In Pakistan, it's war between Fundamentalists and liberal Muslims, while in the US, the 'war on terror' has made anyone with a Muslim name a suspect citizen. Superb performances and cinematography, and an A-class 'cross-over' soundtrack, draw us into this heart-wrenching story of a musician abroad who encounters the sharp end of global politics. The film has broken box office records in Pakistan.
