Bengali Performing Arts
Sat 30th 2.30pm The Big Top Included in Saturday Site Pass

East Renfrewshire based Bengali Performing Arts have created this piece which is dedicated to divine Mother Nature. Amid the curse of inexorable advancement of civilisation, Mother Nature cries out in pain “Give back the forests!" ("Dao Phire Se Aranya"). There is a flagrant longing in humanity to safeguard Her and to return to the blissful old days when mankind was one with Her. This musical production is choreographed by drawing on a selection of Indian dance forms.
